Margaret Theresa Schmidt, 95, born on November 11, , in Rochester, New York, passed away September 9, She resided in Glendale at the time of her passing.

Margaret first traveled to California in to visit her sister Mary and fell in love with Los Angeles.

She decided to move to Los Angeles and soon found a place to live along with a job in Atwater Village. While shopping at the local market, she met George Schmidt, who she married that same year. Soon she became the devoted Mother to Richard, Cathy and Lisa.

She was always active in her children's activities and school and was PTA President for a term.
